The room was clean and quiet. No sound came from outside, a surprise given the proximity to the city center and train station.
The central heating system was deficient. I believe it contributed to my catching a cold. Only one room remained available, and I was compelled to accept it (I didn't have much choice at that time).

The building was quite lovely. Our room was an ensuite Quadruple Room. The staff seemed lovely and cute. The location was great, just spot on.
The central heating system wasn't great. I think I caught a cold. Only one room was available and I had to take it. It was not ideal.

The location was VERY convenient to public transportation. I found the staff helpful. My room had blackout blinds. This helped me sleep well. The owner was nice.

The staff was very nice. Their friendliness. the location was very convenient, particularly for accessing shops in the city centre. i especially appreciated how easily i could get to the concert venue from the hotel.
The central heating system needs some improvement. I found that i caught a cold . only one room was available, so i had to take it despite this issue.

the bar downstairs had a GREAT range of drinks and provided a good atmosphere. having this option in the hotel was quite convenient for enjoying a few drinks after my activities!!!

the location was superb. staff are very friendly at the hotel. staff were pleasant at the bar also. it was just what i wanted when turning up alone.
the room was cold even with the heating on full. the bedsheets didn't looked clean.

the room included tea and coffee facilities. bottled water also present in the room, great for a quick refreshment. a hairdryer was in the room, useful for getting ready.
